Thank you for shopping at TheShopzy.online. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process.
We have a 7-day easy return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive 100% refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
With tags and in its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
A video must be made while opening the parcel as proof.
To start a return, contact us at theshopzyonline@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted.

Cancellations
Cancellations are only allowed within 4 hours of order placement.
After 4 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as the order will be processed for shipping.
No cancellations are allowed once the shipping process has started.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
Custom products (including special orders and personalized items), unless they are damaged or defective.
If you have concerns regarding a specific item, feel free to contact us.
Replacements
If you wish to replace an item, you must send the product back to us. Upon receiving it, we will repair or replace it as necessary. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
